About us

Just a Bite is a small family business based in Brookline, New Hampshire.  We produce our toffee using a simple and delicious family recipe which has been passed down for generations.

Before starting Just a Bite, our founder Christina had a holiday tradition (which continues today) of making toffee for family and friends using the same recipe we offer today.  After many requests to make toffee throughout the year, she finally launched Just a Bite.  We are now pleased to share the joy that comes from each batch of toffee with our customers!  Just a Bite is now sold in over a dozen stores in New England and ships coast-to-coast when ordered online.
